Unless stated otherwise, all images on this website, markfarrington.co.uk and my flickr pages belong to me and are not to be used without a licence.

If the photograph features you, and you'd like to use it for your personal profile, that's quite ok as long as you don't crop out any of my own branding from the photo - after all if I took it, it's only fair I'm attributed. If you do use one of my photos somewhere I'm not likely to see it, drop me a note and let me know - I always like to know where my photos have got to.

If you'd like to use one of my photos beyond personal use online, please see the licencing page for info. I charge a flat fee of £500 for any unlicenced commercial use of my photos, and will issue an invoice for any such misuse.

That said, I love to get my photos out there - and am happy to work with most organisations. I'd be very surprised if we can't come to an arrangement. See licencing for details.

Whilst photography is a hobby for me, it's a very expensive one - and if you think my work is good enough to use in whatever you're doing, it's good enough to pay for. If not, don't use it!
